CompuGroup Medical US Announces New Laboratory Information System for the Reference Laboratory, CGM ENDEAVOR

BOSTON, August 19, 2013 (BUSINESS WIRE) – CompuGroup Medical US, developer of CGM LABDAQ® Laboratory Information System (LIS), the nation's leading laboratory information system, is proud to announce the launch of CGM Endeavor. CGM Endeavor is an LIS designed to meet the specific needs of reference laboratories.

CGM Endeavor is built on the foundation of the highly respected CGM LABDAQ LIS, which has been providing software solutions to labs for over 25 years. The software facilitates direct connectivity to providers, streamlines processes, improves business metrics, and offers reference laboratories a highly scalable platform from which they can grow their business without limits.

The key benefit of the flexible CGM Endeavor system is to help manage a laboratory efficiently, offering a broad range of additional functionality. CGM Endeavor enables high throughput workflows for production, quality control tools, web‐based outreach, customer service management, and organizational intelligence, to allow staff to focus on more strategic areas for the laboratory's growth. Essential functions of CGM Endeavor include improved pre‐analytic, analytic, and post‐analytic processes for lean processing.

"CGM Endeavor was developed for reference laboratories that seek to grow their client base. We are excited to offer tools to both monitor and improve workflow, while enabling real‐time interaction with providers," says Jim Kasoff, President of CompuGroup Medical US, Laboratory Division.

CompuGroup Medical Laboratory Division has taken the time to learn the reference laboratory environment and demonstrates that understanding with the launch of CGM Endeavor. CompuGroup Medical's products have been installed in more than 2,800 laboratories worldwide. The laboratory products continue to evolve and grow with the demands of the industry.
