I started using PMO in 2011.

If you could highlight a part of the system that is most helpful to your business, what would it be and why?

The part that I enjoy most about PMO is having instant access to my patient file whenever I need to.

Why did you choose to use PMO over other Clinical software solutions available in the market?

The tool is built around the clinical experience and is very versatile and configurable. Many other systems are just billing solutions, but PMO has brought in a clinical component as well.

How does PMO assist you in providing great service to your patients?

I have instant access to my notes, previous results, X-rays, and I can easily share these documents with my patients without paging through big files.

How have you experienced the service and support of the product?

The support and services that I have received are very professional.

Would you recommend PMO to other professionals? Why?

I will wholeheartedly recommend PMO to other professionals. Soon, everybody will have to use an EMR. PMO has been tried and tested extensively locally.
