Women of CGM: Mara Murariu - Being a woman means gracious and powerful at the same time

Mara Murariu was sick when we shot the videos Women of CGM, but she was more than happy to answer our questions in written. She is Product Architect on CLICKDOC France, and she speaks French at perfection. She is 33 years old, she is a mother of a beautiful little girl and tomorrow, on March 8th, she celebrates her first 2 years within CGM. Let`s get to know her better:

Meticulous, Communicative, Social

Gracious and powerful at the same time. Also, being a mother

Best thing about being a woman is having a little fun 😊) 

Feels incredible how women are considered the weaker sex but damn, I think we are stronger than anything in this world. All these responsibilities upon us and how we are programmed to do so without flinching, how society expects us to remain sane and we actually do. 

𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐬𝐡𝐨𝐮𝐥𝐝 𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐲 𝐰𝐨𝐦𝐚𝐧 𝐝𝐨 𝐚𝐭 𝐥𝐞𝐚𝐬𝐭 𝐨𝐧𝐜𝐞 𝐢𝐧 𝐡𝐞𝐫 𝐥𝐢𝐟𝐞𝐭𝐢𝐦𝐞?  

Just let go of any duty and have fun, relax, do whatever she wants to do, at least once in a while.

Never compare your beginning with someone else’s middle. 

Don`t give up too early, work hard but also party hard, find the balance, I used to be a workaholic before my daughter’s birth so from experience, I would say that hard work pays off.

I`m grateful for living in this century, I`ll give you that. I support it whenever I have the chance, I don’t think though we should exaggerate there, it’s ok to have certain differences between the genders.

Success means balance. I am a workaholic by nature and love the industry I am working in right now, always eager to learn more and master the field as much as possible, which requires time and dedication. But I have learned that success is balance, the balance with the personal life as well.
