Our baseline service, with Coding Oversight, our experts conduct a monthly coding denials/rejections review for your practice and provide staff training, AR reports, and recommended updates for your standard operating procedures. Optionally, ARIA can conduct a baseline documentation review, as well, looking at as many as 10 charts per provider.
While your practice enters charges normally, our specialists will review your documentation to validate coding accuracy. ARIA will review each superbill, invoice, and claim as well as E&M visits, surgeries, procedures, tests, modifiers, and your ICD-10 usage. Our team recommends updates to your coding procedures, delivers weekly or monthly findings reports, and addresses any discrepancies.
Our full-service option, Abstract Coding means our specialists will do your coding for you, working directly from documentation you provide.
