CGM LABDAQ Laboratory Information System makes clinical labs more productive in version 19.9, the newest release of the leading lab management software

CompuGroup Medical increases efficiency and expands user configurability for clinical laboratories with version 19.9 of the CGM LABDAQ laboratory information system.

Building on more than 25 years of experience, CompuGroup Medical has once more improved laboratory workflow and efficiency with version 19.9 of its newest laboratory information system (LIS), CGM LABDAQ.

CGM LABDAQ includes base functionality and evolves the laboratory with features that minimize the potential for errors. Accuracy and efficiency are key in the clinical laboratory, and CGM LABDAQ provides both with alerts, rules, and new features including orderless quality control, memorized report parameters, and the automatic assignment of Medicare G-codes—a critical addition that saves laboratories countless hours when it comes to Medicare billing for drug testing.

CGM LABDAQ provides the most user-friendly experience available in the LIS market. The new, customizable home screen is configurable per user and provides technicians and lab managers with instant access to analyzers, reports, and more.

CGM LABDAQ Laboratory Information System

CGM LABDAQ version 19.9 evolves the laboratory with features that minimize the potential for errors.

With improvements and functionality based on the feedback from users in laboratories across the country, version 19.9 continues to improve efficiency and help growing laboratories accomplish more with less.

CGM LABDAQ 19.9 offers an improved turnaround time monitor that allows labs to offer faster and more accurate turnaround time estimates. Fast turnaround times are critical for laboratories looking to reach new clients and providers. Version 19.9 introduces a simplified workflow for receiving some samples, which means the enhancements affect every phase of the analytical process.

Because different laboratories have different needs, CompuGroup Medical offers a host of options including five that are exclusive to CGM LABDAQ. The new options expand the functionality of the LIS with advanced analytics and trends, inventory management, and specimen storage. The Document Management option assists labs with attaining and maintaining CLIA regulatory compliance.

Looking ahead, the new .NET infrastructure allows CompuGroup Medical's US-based developers to continue enhancing the software with improvements and updates more quickly than it could in the past.
